Question Blue screen before install screen

Hello, i just build my new PC. I got a bootable usb stick, and now when I boot with the USB, i instantly get a blue screen with code: "system thread exception not handled". Does anyone knows what this means?

It's probably a hardware issue if you are getting an error that early.

If it's a misconfiguration in BIOS, reset it.

Test your RAM, test your storage device and keep in mind, SSD will wear out if you write to it too often.

SSD will wear out if you write to it too often

I've tried installing windows before, and it even let me install it 2 times, but i got a lot of blue screens while doing it. So I wanted to try again. Will this wear out the ssd?

Possibly it already has. You can also check for overheating issues. All it requires is blowing and/or vacuuming dust from the heat sinks.

If it installs on hard drive, but not with SSD, then you need to drop the SSD. I use caching software to reduce wear on the SSD.

Microsoft still hasn't gotten around to using SSD as a pure boot drive, where (almost) nothing is written to it and only used for booting, which would increase it's life significantly.
