Blue Screen Boot Loop

I am running on a Windows 8 laptop computer, and starting today, it had begun booting to a blue screen that flashes for less than a second, then restarts, in and endless cycle. After a couple tries, it will begin "Automatic Repairs" which attempt to do so for about 5 seconds before the screen going completely black and doing absolutely nothing. At this point, there's literally not a thing I can do besides get a new hard drive or something, BECAUSE, I cannot boot to advanced options. I have a repair USB, and using that to access advanced options does not work either. It'll sit there for hours on end with a black screen and a cursor in the center. That's my deal.
