Question Blue Screen - BSOD

I have Dell Vostro 3500.

It's randomly rebooted (Blue Screen of Death).

What could be the exact reason to resolve the issue

As a troubleshooting step, i ran bluescreen viewer and found the below error.

Bug Check String : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Bug Check Code : 0x0000001a

Caused by Driver : ntoskrnl.exe
Caused by Address : ntoskrnl.exe+41bf10

In windows search box type memory, go to memory diagnostic and run that app to check your memory.

Hi,

I Ran Mem86 it passed the RAM test.



What other option i can adopt i also ran memory diagnostics from Windows and it also passed Dell hardware diagnostics.

Try running sfc /scannow in terminal admin. Also if you have gpu are the drivers up to date? What drives do you use?

Yes already use sfc /scannow but no luck

This is tedious to do, but you can go into device manager and check line by line for any needed driver updates, especially your gpu. CHKDSK could be used also to rule out your drive/s.
