Hello,
My Windows 10 always has blue screen appeared every day. I checked the mini dump file, and it shows that the error is always caused by hal.dll+395cf and ntoskrnl.exe+25c22d.
I did all checking for all system files (sfc /scannow), hard disk (chkdsk /f), memory test (windows memory diagnostic tool, memtest86+) and CPU (IntelProcessor Diagnostic tool). Finally, all checking passed, but the blue screen still appears once every day.
Can you help me to analyze the mini dump file and find out what the problem is?
The mini dump file:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnfPY82Bd4GClFKPNvrPsh62VAfI

My computer is Dell OptiPlex 3046.The code is always WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

I have updated all major drivers and the BIOS to latest versions, but the blue screen still occurs.

Regards,
Sunny Lau

the system was running for 17 hour, then the CPU got a internal cache ram error and called a bugcheck.
generally something like this would be caused by bad voltages being applied to the CPU or overheating.

I would check to see that the fans are running at full speed, I would make sure the main power is plugged directly to a wall outlet (not a power strip) (make sure the fan in the power supply, gpu, and cpu are spinning)

I would remove the network capture program if you did not install it. I have heard of malware faking a bugcheck 0x124 but have never see it happen.

bugcheck 0x124 was caused by
Error Type : Cache error
Operation : Data Read
Error : DCACHEL2_DRD_ERR (Proc 2 Bank 6)

note: you have a network capture driver installed:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers\npf64.sys Thu Feb 28 17:31:24 2013
https://www.winpcap.org/

ok, if you installed it otherwise it could be installed as part of some malware. it can be used to steal passwords and accounts from your machine. (or to cheat in games)

With a single 0x124 dump we cannot determine the cause. We need multiple dumps!

Hello, I've posted the multiple dump files:

Thanks.

Thanks for help. I didn't change any CPU voltage settings because the computer Dell OptiPlex 3046 is newly bought. I also used IntelProcessor Diagnostic tool to check CPU and it shows normal.

By the way, how can I know which software is using npf64.sys? I want to figure out whether it is installed by normal software or not.
