Blue screen crash when running games in full screen

For some reason out of no wear my computer has begun to crash to a blue screen and restart when I try to play games. Yet when I reconfigure to run in windowed mode it doesn't matter. I just don't understand is it a problem with my card? I know my GPUs aren’t over heating because the temps are around 40C when this happens....

I updated my drivers just to be sure it wasn't a problem with that too.

Hey Pal, blue screen or also know as `Blue screen of death` is most probably cause by hardware failure. most commonly the memory or the hard disc drive.. for this reason
try doing the following

for memory:
1. run windows memory diagnostic
-type `memory` on the search bar and it will appear, just click it and follow the instructions on you screen..
2. re-attached your memory to be sure it is well fitted to the slot. clean it if you notice you need to do so..

for hard disc
1. run disc check
-go to my computer, right click on hard disc and select properties, on the tools tab select Check now. then follow the instruction that would appear on your screen.
2. run disc defragmenter
-on the same tab (tools) click defragment now. follow the instructions and you will be fine..

another, kindly give us some information about you system..
specs, windows version etc.. that might help...

BSODs typically indicate a hardware or drivers problem, so check both

well, its ok if people are not busy and considering following the link to read. just try out my options above,,, are you still experiencing damn blue screen... there are many fixed in the net.. i just give you some of it,,, try it out,, that might work...
as for the ram, are you running matched pair? same capacity to be specific..

You didnt think how much time it would take people like me , to click ALL those links....people who WOULD have helped you...but now wont bother as we have limited time and try and help a lot of people while we are here....

So I downloaded a stopwatch app on my phone just to see how much of your precious time I would have wasted Brett.

Turns out it took me 24.3 seconds to open all those links and then fully read what the parts were for each link twice. And when I was finished I had 7 Newegg tabs listing all the information about my system I could possible need.

...... I wonder how long it took you to type your post basically calling me stupid and saying you won't waste your time helping me, like an 8 year old.

yeah I've done memory diagnostic came back all good, but will try checking with memtest86 tomorrow and will check hard drives. And yeah still receiving blue screen of death I would say it's getting worse, however it only happens when playing games or doing prime95 tests.
