I have been getting a blue screen crash where windows is restarted for me. It's says system_service_exception
On here I saw that I should run sfc.exe in CMD as admin to scan for corrupted files...This is what I got. Is there any way I can fix the corrupted files without reinstalling? How can these files get corrupted? Do I have a virus?
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.3.9600]

C:\Windows\system32>sfc.exe /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.
