Blue Screen Death

when i put my system on sleep it not regaining back to active state . and when i try to wake up ,it suddenly showing a blue screen and turns off .again when i start it it shows black screen for about 5 mins and then loads my desktop and shows "windows recovered for unexpected shut down and Error : blue screen" it tell the above message . somebody help pls

i tried to do screen shot but , its just vanished in fraction of minutes .. less than half a second
