So it all started yesterday when my sons pc started acting strange. He kept getting blue screens which were causing him to reboot. We backup the important files, reformatted the HDD and installed a fresh copy of Win7. I got everything up and running fine, that is until Windows update downloaded and tried to install the 201 important updates needed. As soon as I try installing updates it crashes with the blue screen again Now when I start up windows, and don't install updates, it's good for a few minutes, then crashes again.

Could it be the HDD? memory? MB? or windows? Where do I start?

the bugcheck is in the file system.
often this bugcheck is a side effect of a previous bugcheck or system reboot without a clean shutdown.

I would copy your memory dump files to a server and post a link. They should be in c:\windows\minidump by default and have .dmp as the file extension.

Thanks for the help. Here is a link to those minidump files

provided link stopped working, only looked at the first bugcheck

your file system is trying to delete something but is using a bad memory address. Your system bugchecks in after 1min 48 seconds so I would think you will have to boot on a CD image of windows and run
chkdsk.exe /F /r
on the drive to fix the error.

after the file system is "fixed" I would confirm your OS files are not corrupted (often happens if copied via USB thumb device)

run the system file checker utility: run cmd.exe as an admin then run
sfc.exe /scannow
and confirm that it fixes any bad files.

I would also run a malwarebytes scan, virus scan and rootkit scan if you can not figure out the cause of this error. Also, the file that had a problem was a memory mapped file, that means it is being stored in memory and accessed as a file in memory. You should run memtest86 AFTER you update your BIOS to confirm your memory settings. (bad ram timings could corrupt the files in memory)

Your network driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys Tue Aug 23 06:55:41 2011
Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
is old and you should update it:
get it from here:http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

the old version can cause problems for virus scanners and streaming software like nvidia streaming you have installed.
Also, it looks like you have updates to install for windows and you should also update your BIOS to the current version to avoid some problems. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97/HelpDesk_Download/
