[SOLVED] Blue Screen Error 0x000000C5 ?

Hello everyone,
My computer often encounters a blue screen error 0x000000C5,
I upgraded hard drive + RAM, however it will be stable for about 1 week then it keeps crashing again.
Lately, this error has appeared continuously.
Hoping someone can point me to the solution. Thanks so much.

Hey Colif,
I used Norton Antivirus and detected the virus files exactly as you said.
A lot but including : Winmon.sys...

I have removed them and hope that there will be no more BSODs
