Blue screen error (BOSD) fresh windows install

Hi..I just built my gaming PC and install windows 10 pro.PC run perfectly after 10 to 25 min randomly blue screen appear on my PC...
I also test my ram using memtest86 in its give 13 error to 1 pass .Is this a ram problem ???

While other components could cause problems , if memory has error it is defective and needs to be replaced.
You might be able to rma it
