Blue screen error f4

I am facing this error now and then. I tried to get dump file but there is nothing. Please help me to solve this without dump file.

Yes. there is no update for drivers. and check disk shows no error.

then memtet ram one at the time and if you could have the gpu test in another system also strip to minimal parts in system to boot to see when error occur could be a bad part and list all system parts name and model .

Its a laptop and I am not sure about the parts.I have a dell inspiron 15 3521 laptop. It has 4 gb ram. i3 processor , 1 gb radeon graphics and 500 gb hard disk.

since this is a dell use the service tag to diagnose it on dell link .

i use dell support assist software but all test pass.

did you check if you have the latest bios for it and i would memtest ram also test the hdd with maker software but if it still under warranty try to have it rma for repair .

NO its not in warranty. There is no other version of BIOS in dell website that means I have the latest one. Support assist test all the hard wares including ram, hdd etc.
