how to fix blue screen error (VIDEO TCP FAILURE / What Failed : atikmpag.sys) when joining a black ops 4 match, launching black ops 4 has no problem but blue screen happens when joining a match!! Anyone can please help me?? If not I need to sell off my black ops 4

My Specs :
Ryzen 3 2200G Intergrated Vega 8 Graphics / 1x 8GB 2400MHZ RAM / 500W PSU / Stock cooling / 1TB HDD 7200 RPM

sure it wasn't Video TDR failure? seems common with the CPU - https://community.amd.com/thread/230386

what ram modules are you using? Are they on the motherboards QVL?
