Blue screen error when I try to boot my computer

For some reason, my computer won't turn on. Every time I boot it, the blue screen error pops up with error 0xc000021a.
I tried factory resetting, system restoring, SFC scanning in the command prompt, booting windows manually, but nothing works.
It fails and goes to the blue screen everytime.
What can I do?

Didn't work

When I do the SFC scan it says "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation." Afterwards I type in dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth but it say that the option is unknown. Then when I try to boot into safemode or disabling drive signature enforcement, the blue screen pops up.

I tried steps 1-4 with no success unfortunately. I am not able to try the fifth step because I don't have a Windows CD. Do you possibly know how to use the Reimage Plus Software and boot it onto that?

I haven't even heard about it.

I am sorry but then I am not sure what to do. But there has to be someone around here that know, you just got to hope that, that one person looks at your post
