[SOLVED] Blue screen error windows 11 please help

Completely lost and stuck on what to do, not the most clued up with PC’s but if someone could help that would be great. Bought a new pc around 3 weeks ago and since having it I’ve had blue screen messages and the pc turning off. I reinstalled windows 11 from a flash drive and the problem was fine for a week with no blue screens. Today I have had 2 errors, one was MULTIPLE IRP COMPLETE REQUESTS and the other was ATTEMPTED SWITCH FROM DPC. Bios are up to date.

brand and model of the psu?
if it is new, contact the seller or return it

Seasonic 850w PSU, 32GB Corsair RAM.

it was new.

Looked into one of the dump files and it says sshid.sys and on a Google search it says about that being steelseries which is my keyboard. Could that really causes these two errors that I’ve been getting or is that just part of it?

if you don't use steelseries software, uninstall them
