need more info, config, 32-64bits, any driver update, overclock (if possible on this laptop), any software change, mods and anything you have do in the last few days before it started to BSOD...

PS: sorry but we can't say what's the problem only by random guest...

*** Generally speaking, RAM is a common BSOD maker... if you can pass a memtest86 for a few hours, i suggwst you to do it...
