Blue screen error

I went to msconfig and changed a few startup programs the amount of cores and ram settings when I changed the ram settings nothing happened but after changing processor settings I got blue screen of death I went to safe mode and changed the processor settings back and turned my laptop off now what should I do

If Windows still doesn't boot then you can try using "last known good settings that worked" or even use System restore
