This is the windows message that I get after I go through the blue screen and my laptop restarts. what do I need to do to fix this?

Okay.... Does this happen always you start your laptop?
Did you make any changes or any physical damage was made to your laptop?
Contact the brand of your laptop/go to the nearest service center of your laptop brand to you.\
And then, try selecting "Launch Startup Repair" from the "Windows Error" screen when you start your laptop.

Supaiseu, I wanated to say that but I don't think Plumber3247 will be able to understand what you are saying.... I wanted to say that after this line "A problem has been detected and windows has to shutdown to prevent damage to your computer", there is the reason for the error. If we get that, we can solve the problem. :)

Does not happen every time I use this lap top. It is a Dell. I might happen twice in an hour and then not again for 2 weeks. I did not add any hardware or damage it. I added additional software and USB mass storage device and a wireless mouse.

This "String" information ain't going to work because it's for professionals..... Just tell us the error name it displays after -
"Windows has detected a problem and has to shutdown to prevent damage to your computer"
HERE_IS_THE_ERROR_CODE_EXAMPLE

String Information..... Etc.

Ok I will get that out as soon as it blue screens again. Sorry not a real big computer guy,....I am as my name states I am a Plumber. I will get that information up ASAP. Happened twice yesterday about 20 minutes apart in the morning and then the machine worked fine till I shut it down around midnight. No problems today yet.........

I had another blue screen today. I was unable to get the code off of the blue screen because the computer automatically restarted. Is there any way to keep that screen up so I can write it down?

Well I went a couple of days w/o an issue now 2 blur screens the last 2 days.....URGHH. Well I managed to see what I think you were asking for.

BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

Does this help?

Yes, that's the thing I asked for. That straightly means one of your USB Devices or USB Controller drivers are damaged/malfunctioning/corrupt and the only way too recover them is to re-install motherboard drivers. (Which is easily possible for desktops only, really hard for laptops)

Does this error code come every time you see a BlueScreen? Maybe you must change the USB port you're using with any device. That might help to find that which USB Port is malfunctioning. Actually you must consider someone else for this as I'm good at desktops.
