your system is old enough to have various issues with USB devices until you update your BIOS and various device drivers.
you might also consider running memtest86 to test your memory if updating the drivers does not help.

I am not clear as to the model of dell you have, looks like a dell inspiron 1545
with a dell ethernet card with OEM chips on it.
bugcheck was in a networking component, you will want to update networking drivers as a first attempt at a fix.
(problem was pool corruption, so any driver or bad Memory settings could cause this also)
