Blue screen error

After downloading a file from internet suddenly a virus or a malware attacked my pc it started opening weird Chinese browsers and pop up Ads in the right corner on my desktop and then it goes off showing a blue screen saying " your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some error info and will restart for you"
After it restarts it keeps on opening the same browsers and Ads then stays 2 min and repeat the loop again

try starting it in safe mode.

Run the PC in safe mode, delete the virus or run a anti-malware software and then shut down the PC normally and power it up in normally, should fix your problem.

Okay i did start in safemode but i dont have antivirus software except the windows defender ?
