Build Advice Blue screen errors during Windows install process ?

i bought a combo of b450m ds3h + ryzen 5600X and updated bios to f63a. I then tried to install fresh Windows on my m.2 ssd but everytime i booted in to usb flash drive in start of install process I keep getting blue screen errors with the following stop codes:

1. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
2. critical process died
3. 5. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
4. kmode exception not handled
5. kernel security check failure
6. kernel mode trap

maybe missed 2 or 3 and some time just freezing as it starts.

Specs:
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Ryzen 5600X
Asus GTX 1050 Ti
RAM:- Adata XPG Gammix D10 4gb 2666
M.2 SSD: 500gb dont remember model or brand
PSU: Corsair CV650

later swapped my 5600x with ryzen 1200 everything went fine with Windows install, no errors or anything. haven't tried again to install with 5600x, does anyone have a fix for these errors ?

Make sure ram modules are in recommended ram slots - A2,B2 for dual channel operation.
If you have a single ram module, then slot A2. Consult motherboard user manual.
Remove ram overclocking (disable DOCP/A-XMP).

have 2 ram modules used on while doing the installation in DDR4_1 according to manual

Use DDR4_2 / DDR4_1 slots (grey color).
