A friend of mine has been getting consist blue screens that appear to be random, the main errors he has been getting are video TDR failure and dpc watchdog violation, i have included 2 dropbox links to dump files that he has uploaded. He has checked his drivers. He has also done a dism and sfc scan. The DISM ran successfully with no problems, the sfc scan found any integrity violations. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure which dump file it is you want though, I didn't realise there was more than one. I believe the first link (charlie2) is the dump file after the most recent crash if that helps.

Hmm says directx is crashing. Your video drivers are crashing. Uninstall them. If this is a Dell, use the drivers on their site

There's a few old drivers on this. lv302a64.sys is 9 yrs old. Volume adapter, or something

I would see if there's an update for this ScpVBus.sys. Scarlett crush or something. It's 4 yrs old

If you use Itunes update it. GEARAspiWDM.sys is 5 yrs old

iaStorA.sys is 5 yrs old. Update Intel Rapid Storage drivers if you can

Your logitech cam drivers lvrs64.sys are 9 yrs old

You're also 2 updates behind with windows 10. It's up to 14393.736

You're still on the original build 10586

If there's not a lot of info you want to keep, you may want to do a clean install of Windows 10 14393 with the mediacreation tool

You can get the ISO then use rufus to put it on a flash drive. Then boot from it
