blue screen gone quickly then restarts then it happens all over again

BSOD keeps poping up then restarts then do it all over again i cant even use the mouse

If this is Windows 8 then it wont have that much info. It will just state that something went wrong with a sad face .

If you can get into Safe Mode and then go to the event viewer you can find out what the error is and troubleshoot it from that.
