Blue screen help

Blue screen is coming up everytime i tries to shut my pc down.

After booting up, everything works fine except that fraps claiming directx not working and nvidia experience panel not working

when i use my old laptop i get a lot of blue screens cos the video driver crash. try to update or check your video driver. sometimes when you shut the pc sometimes the driver stop and this make blue screens

the actual suberror code is

Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000046 (3221225542) - An attempt to release a mutant object was made by a thread that was not the owner of the mutant object.

I would think this is a device driver bug.
a mutex is use to control access to a resource. only one process can change the object at a time.

you can put up the memory dump from c:\windows\minidump directory
on a server like microsoft onedrive, share it out and post a link.

Someone can look at the device driver list and maybe determine which one is the problem.

For some reasons, my c:\windows\minidump is empty D:
