Hey guys,

I built a new PC at the beginning of the year and hadn't had any problems with it until June. I first started getting BSoD after installing the Overwatch patch that released ranked play. Since then my computer will seemingly crash randomly, but only while playing Blizzard games.

The two crash reasons I have received are:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

I have used Windows Memory Diagnostic and it didn't find any problems. I have reinstalled Overwatch, I get the error while playing World of Warcraft as well. I haven't tried reinstalling it or the Battle.net launcher if that could be a problem? My computer is fine while playing other things like GTAV, Star Citizen and also rendering video.

Minidump DMP: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Minidump DMP: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I'm a bit out of my depth here, these DMP's were requested in a similar thread so hopefully I've provided you with enough information. If you need more please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Yours Sincerely,
Epi

This is most likely you cpu or gpu over heating. This can be because it is summer time especially if it is hot in your room. Try to play the game while it is cool like on the morning time; it if doesn't crash thats the issue; you can get a new cooler or a fan or cool your room.
This can be also because of outdated drivers. So make sure all is up to date.
This can be also because of faulty drivers. Go to the device manager and make sure that none of the drivers are faulty.

ALSO, change your ingame settings like multi-core rendering, this might help

IF none of them works:
Re-install your graphics driver

IF not the last one:
Re-install windows

I live pretty close to Antarctica, I wish it was the summer heat doing it lol. This has been happening at a CPU temp of 35°C.

I don't see any faults in my device manager, I also performed a clean install of my GPU driver.

I just had this BSoD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

This is the error when WoW crashes just before the BSoD:

This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!

Program: C:\Blizzard\World of Warcraft\WoW-64.exe
ProcessID: 6892
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION

The instruction at "0x00007ff690f81e5e" referenced memory at "0x0000000000003dfd".
The memory could not be "written".

Press OK to terminate the application.

I just realized that the two games that cause crashes are on my C Drive (SSD), and I haven't had any problems with games located on my D Drive (HDD). Could this be the issue?
