Blue screen (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL), ram issue

specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Asus ROG Strix B350-F Gaming
Corsair Vengeance RGB CMR16GX4M2C3200C16 3200Mhz 8GBX2 (SK hynix)
Asus GeForce GTX 1080
Gigabyte G750H 750W

Latest bios, fresh windows install
ram is at 3200Mhz 1.4v

benchmarks:
AIDA64 no crash
Memtest86 no crash

Issue:
Sometimes I get a blue screen when I log into windows and i have random blue screens when I open or close chrome or something ram heavy. Fortnite crashes when I jump from the flying bus, Overwach crashes Mid game. What BIOS settings should i change?

Please run driver verifier using the following settings for 48 hours.

  • ■Special Pool
    ■Force IRQL checking
    ■Pool Tracking
    ■Deadlock Detection
    ■Security Checks
    ■Miscellaneous Checks
    ■Power framework delay fuzzing
    ■DDI compliance checking


Warning: driver verifier can cause boot issues and/or performance issues.

Please do the following to provide additional information
- Go to https://www.sysnative.com/blogs/download/sysnativebsodcollectionapp-exe/ and download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe
- Run the tool and give it approx. 10-20 minutes to finish, on some machines it may take some time
- When the tool is finished, it will have created a zip file on your desktop and open the desktop folder and a file called BSODPostingInstructions.txt. Upload the zip file ton onedrive, google drive or dropbox and post a share link.

Resetting driver verifier options (recommended in this order)

  1. ■In normal mode open an administrator command prompt and enter the below command
    ■In safe mode open an administrator command prompt and enter the below command
    ■On 3 boot failures, you'll boot automatically to the recovery options,

    • ■click Troubleshoot
      ■go to the advanced options
      ■choose command prompt
      ■enter the below command
    ■Boot with the recovery media, see above 4 steps in option 3.
    ■Via the recovery options or recovery media, select a restore point prior enabling driver verifier
