[SOLVED] Blue screen issue on prebuilt gaming PC

I’ve had this problem for a long time. My CyberPowerPC was working fine christmas 2015, but some time since then, it blue screened, needed windows reinstalled, and the hard drive was replaced, and that did nothing. I’ve read somewhere that the combo of X79Extreme4 (motherboard) and I7-3820 (exact match of my pc) Causes your board to die because of a BIOS issue, and I’m wondering if anyone knows what could be the issue? The blue screens start with a “blip” if you will, where the screen clears to desktop for a tiny amount of time, then goes back to insert game here (instantly, no boot of the game) then a little bit later the blue screen happens. I’m hoping to fix this, as I’ve been stuck with a crappy pc. Every time it does the glitch-thing, I can get it back to windows after messing with it a bit, but it’s normally short-lived and goes back to being bad.

Never mind. I reset the BIOS and swapped sata3 cables and its fine now.
