blue screen, memory management, PFN-LIST-CORRUPT

hello. I have a pc with this confige "core i7 4470 with an SSD hard and two toshiba hards, a 32 G ram". my system goes to blue screen so many time randomely with alarms such as: memory management, PFN-LIST-CORRUPT". please help to know that it is a kind of hardware problem or some thing else. thanks a lot.

usually from overheating

download and run HWInfo -Sensors and post results (3 screenshots on TinyPic or similar)

Also check the state of drivers in Control Panel, Device Manager. Are the devices running OK? Are the drivers up to date? There'll be about 20 to look at.

Thanks. but my case is a kind of X3 gaming with additional fans, so I do not think it is caused by overheating. also I check my drivers and they work properly.
