blue screen, memory management, PFN-LIST-CORRUPT

hello. I have a pc with this confige "core i7 4470 with an SSD hard and two toshiba hards, a 32 G ram". my system goes to blue screen so many time randomely with alarms such as: memory management, PFN-LIST-CORRUPT". please help to know that it is a kind of hardware problem or some thing else. thanks a lot.
