Blue screen no recovery disk

My acer aspire V3-551G-X419 did not come with a recovery disk . I now have blue screen . how do I get to last known configuration. Thank you!

right after the laptop starts, the Recovery system can be accessed by pressing "Alt" + "F10". The user can then reset the laptop to factory settings. It is possible to keep the user data.
