blue screen not responding

My laptop has stopped . Its screen is blue and gives the following message your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. It has now been 30 mimutes

Don't worry and just hard restart your PC. If there will be no response pull out the battery.
