Hi new here and a complete computer novice, so try to avoid jargon if possible. Earlier on I was working on my computer when it froze, shortly followed by a blue screen with loads of writing. Then it turned off. I restarted it and it was fine until it did the same process again only this time my computer won't boot. The light comes on so it is getting power but there is no noise or anything and my monitor just keeps saying 'No Signal'. Can anybody help me? Thanks

hi, kim it seems like you maybe missing a graphics driver, at this point i would suggest you to re-install everything, i know it sounds F*****G annoying, but that was what i did. when you are done re-installing then make sure you have the proper drivers. it could also be a overheating issue but that is propably less likely.

hope this helps.

what i mean by re-installing everything is:

remove EVERYTHING and then do a clean install of your operating system, and to do this follow my "guide" 😀

if you have windows 7 or under then visit this:
http://www.techverse.net/download-windows-7-iso-x86-x64-microsofts-official-servers/#
don't worry i have downloaded stuff from there before so... 😀

if you have windows 8 or above then visit this:
http://getintopc.com/softwares/operating-systems/windows-8-1-download-iso-32-64-bit-free-official/
i know... this website seem a bit virus like, but don't worry it isn't 😀

when you have downloaded the correct file it should be/is an iso file.
then you need to get a USB drive with at least 8gb of space.

put the usb drive into your computer and then download this
https://rufus.akeo.ie/
this is a program that makes a windows installation program

run the program and choose the right file😀

hope this helps.
