Blue Screen of Death Crashes

Hey ! Whenever i download something my computer crash and i get DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Thanks to blue screen view i saw that NETIO.sys and ntoskrnl.exe comes up each time.

Specs:
- Intel® Core™ i7 3630QM
- Win 8.1
- 6 gb ram
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 660M with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM

Well good news i updated my network drivers. Bad news my computer just crashed.

This is kind of a hard spot issue you need to download to fix but download is what instigates the issue. Does this issue persist in safe mode?
