Blue Screen of Death - Driver related?

Hello! I was hoping i could find answers to an issue Ive been having, here.

I have been getting pretty consistent Blue Screens of Death about every other time i try and run a game. The error message i get is:

Is there anything i can do to help sort this issue out? Thank you for reading.

Tell us the PSU and graphics card model. Maybe your power supply is not strong enough to handle the graphics card when it runs at full load.

Replacing video drivers with the latest available versions may help.

If that still doesn't solve it, try replacing the graphics card.

driver fault caused by atikmdag.sys Wed Dec 19 12:38:55 2012
driver is a year old, best to update it an see if the problem goes away

I apparently have the latest drivers yet the problem persists. Is it possible there are left over drivers from previous versions or my last video card?
