Blue Screen of Death- ERROR MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (windows 8.1)

I tried to solve this before on my rig, I went into safe mode and did the memory diagnostic test, they said nothing was wrong. About three weeks later, I went onto my pc, with steam client and google chrome open (one tab), with very little RAM being used up, (Like 20%, most of it being background processes) (I have 8 gigs) (1 stick) and the infamous blue screen of death popped up. My computer seems to be in good shape, haven't seen any problems despite this error. Help would be most appreciated.

I would run memtest86+ through all the tests. If you aren't familiar, just google that, and put it on a CD or usb thumbdrive. You boot right into it.
