Hi guys,

I keep receiving a blue screen of death error on my laptop:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

I feel the problem lies within my wireless card inside my laptop.

So basically, I'm able to boot up my laptop. However, once I've logged in my WiFi doesn't seem to work. It shows it's connected but a webpage isn't able to load - i then receive a yellow exclamation mark next to the WiFi icon in the corner. Shortly after WiFi turns off and the Ethernet icon shows with a red symbol next to it. Thereafter my laptop crashes and i receive the blue screen of death with the above error. (Sometimes the PC doesn't freeze and I'm able to carry on using it however when i try to switch on the WiFi it doesn't switch on)

Is this a software or hardware related issue? How can I fix this?

It's an add on card.

HP Pavilion P085SA.

Can i potentially fix this by buying an external wireless adapter?
