Blue Screen of death help

Hello,

I've been getting the notorious blue screen of death quite regularly lately.
Sometimes twice a day.

Here's the specifications of my computer:

Lenovo IBM T530
Intel core i5-i3320m @2.60Ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM
120GB SSD
Windows 7 x64

Here's the Stop code I've been getting
0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa8008d187c0, 0xfffffa8008d18aa0, 0xfffff80002fc4260). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 062013-9344-01.

I'd say that I know a fair bit about computers, but I'm just not sure where to go from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did by any by chance you use air in a can to blew the dust out of your ventilation on the laptop?

laptops are no different than desktops where you see a fan blew out it.....or else your computer will not last long.
