Blue screen of death help.

This happened when my winamp crashed.
Few months ago,Its been happening when I installed ramdisk but it was gone after I uninstall it.
And now its back.. Whenever my winamp crash or failed to play a mp3 file, this came up. It doesnt come really frequently but like once a week.

Do you think its software or hardware issue? I didnt install any new hardware recently

My pc is still running fine. I'm using this pc to type this. But the blue screen came up occasionally so I'm not sure if I should be worried.

forgot to mention, My 128gb ssd free space is 4gb Not sure if this affect anything.

PSU? RAM - 2x 4gb 1600?

Check your graphics card in Device Manager as to whether its working properly and whether the driver is up to date.

What temps are you getting from your CPU and GPU when gaming?

Do a Virus Scan (eg Avast, Malwarebytes) and a Checkdisk.

I rarely play game. But their temp are below 50 when playing league of legends.

here is the status code:

Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000046 (3221225542) - An attempt to release a mutant object was made by a thread that was not the owner of the mutant object.

mutant objects are a mutex used for synchronization. I would expect a programming mistake but could not rule out memory corruption.
