Hi there,
I am trying to fix a computer stuck in blue screen with an error titled critical process died.
It then gives a log file under C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.exe
I've tried opening this in command prompt with nothing found there to help fix it.
Every option in the blue screen troubleshoot does nothing including the full reset (delete everything)
We have no backups made and have tried using a thumb drive with windows 10 recovery files on it with no luck.
We have tried booting into safe mode through the BIOS, The troubleshooting center and command prompt with no success.
I am looking for anyway we can fully reset the computer, use a thumb drive to reset (no optical drive) or just fix the blue screen in general.

Thanks!

is there anything on C drive you want to rescue? try making this on another PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

Also, on another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

I would suggest a fresh install
change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished
