Blue Screen of Death on my new machine.

This is the fourth build I've done and I've never had this error. I have even re-installed windows on a new hard-drive to see if that was the problem. The problem is that at random times my computer will crash with a blue screen. The error at the bottom reads "Dumping Physical Memory to disk: (1-100%)" and when it reaches 100 it restarts the machine.

I've read around and it looks like it's that the Power supply isn't sufficient. I'll tell you my specs and what I've noticed about the power supply at the end.

I'm running a Gigabyte Z87X-OC moterboard with an Intel Core i7-4770K processor that has an aftermarket Thermaltake Contact 30 CPU cooler. I have a ZOTAC GTX 650 2GB Graphics Card. The PSU is a Cosair GS800Watt Gaming Edition and on the note of the PSU, I notice the PSU's fan doesn't spin at all only for a second when it's first turned on. What's up with that?

This problem is driving me crazy esspecially considering how much I spent on this build.

That GPU is so low end that even a 350w PSU could run it so it isn't that.

When does the screen occur? During games, or randomly?

Could be RAM. Run memtest for 5+ passes.

See how many errors (if any) it flags.

It does it at random times. I'll run the test now.

What are your temps for CPU and GPU at the time of the freeze?

How am I supposed to know that when it didn't freeze during the tests?

How about your temps period.

Like under full load. Run a game for a minute or two and see what the GPU and CPU are at.

The gpu test will load & watch the temps. There is a cpu test also. I hope it is BSOD Overheating. Aftermarket coolers or new paste, can help.
The motherboard will be left, if not.
