I had windows 8.1 just a couple of days ago and it was working fine. While windows was in the middle of downloading updates I accidentally restarted the computer. Since then, I've been getting Whey_uncorrectable_error's multiple times for no reason. Because I thought it was a update issue I decided to "upgrade" to windows 10 (we're not going to get into that yet.) and am still having issues.

At this point ive concluded that it has to be a hardware issue. I've done CMD tests and everything seems to be working fine, yet I'm still getting stopcodes.

I have the minidump files but am unsure how to attach them here.

I also want to add, I am not overclocking my computer.

I appreciate anyone who is willing to help!

UPDATE:
Here are the files I have.
-System info
-Minidump files

- Second set of Minidump files

Also, since downloading and installing win 10 my disc was constantly running at 100%. I looked up a lot of different solutions to fix the problem and now the disk spikes whenever I open any program up. Im not sure of these two issues are related.

you should also apply the current motherboard driver updates:
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VII_HERO/HelpDesk_Download/

your \Alpham164.sys drivers look like they are still installed.
you might want to use this method to remove them: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc730875(v=ws.11).aspx

Thank you I have the link for it now!

It's an 0x124 stop error which is usually CPU related. Updating the BIOS can sometimes fix this

You've got outdated drivers that are 9 yrs old. Old drivers can crash windows

This maybe causing one of them, Alpham164.sys - it's 9 yrs old. Something to do with Zboard

You should either find updated drivers or remove the program for this / whatever this is

Uninstall AI suite if it's installed. It's known to crash windows

If youre using malwarebytes 3, this is still a bit buggy. So, maybe causing a crash

drivers are unlikely to be the cause of this, as Paul said, its likely to be your CPU or maybe your Bios.
Can you check the CPU fan is still spinning, it could be one cause. See if its full of dust and cleaning it might help

Is the PC a brand name or custom? If brand name, what make/model? If custom, what motherboard do you have? And what CPU? (Paul can probably tell this from dumps but I can't read them myself)

overclocking drivers could also cause this bugcheck. (by incorrectly tweaking voltages)

Its a custom. It has a Maximus VII Hero mother board and i7-4790k 4.00ghz 4 core Cpu.

update your BIOS, it does not have the proper voltage table for your new low power CPU.
it applies too high of a voltage to your CPU and would be a direct cause of your bugcheck ox124 in this case.

you might want to fix the other problems but you have to update the BIOS and motherboard drivers to match the update.

----------------
system up timer 59 minutes
cpu called bugcheck ox124
Severity : Fatal
Error Type : Micro-Architectural Error
Error : Internal timer (Proc 7 Bank 4)

you have some bad drivers installed:
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\Alpham164.sys Mon Jul 23 00:57:03 2007
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\Alpham264.sys Tue Mar 20 02:51:03 2007

you just can not run these they will mess up your USB subsystem and anything related to the USB subsystem like the PCI/e bus

-It also looks like you have a keyserver installed on your version of windows. (activation hack software)

- looks like you are running a MSI DPC Latency Tuner on your asus machine
- looks like you have UCOREW64.SYS AsRock BIOS Update Utility on your asus machine

I'm new to building my own computer and getting the drivers so I apologize if I need a little bit of hand holding.
I tried updating the bios last night and it seemed to go well im not sure how to get other drivers. I wanted to upload more minidumps but now my computer is saying that im not the administrator.

you will only have read rights to the files while they are in the c:\windows\minidump directory.
this means you can copy the files to a new location and you can do what you want with the copy.
these are binary files so you can just copy and paste them to the new location.

the old drivers were:
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Alpham264.sys
Ideazon ZBoard/Ideazon Fang MM USB HID driver
