blue screen of death please help

hi, thank you for reading my post. i am having some issues lately because when ever i turn on my pc i keep getting the blue screen of death when i sign in. i think its Firefox not sure, but when ever i use system restore it says cannot restore Firefox something .dll no files were change. so, i was like okay, than i decided to download system restore viewer and yes Firefox folder within the system restore point is corrupted, but i can delete it because its disk written Now i'm force to fix it, but i'm very lost,. the only good thing is that safe mode i don't crash. can someone please help me thank you so much i don't know how to read blue screens.

tdi.sys is part of the network transport. most often you would have to update the network driver.

I would check with hp for updates, or failing that find the specs for your motherboard, find out what chipset is used for the realtek driver then go to here and download the chipset driver for the network:

note: memory dump did not match the bug submitted. the bughceck was in the video driver code.
since both had a error code of 00000000c0000005 you might want to run memtest86 on its own boot image to test your ram.

really really sorry about the late response. i have been working allot lately and school. i did to install iobit driver installer installed all the network drivers only. the blue screen is better, but it's still there because when ever i click login in to steam it crashes, but every other program works just fine. i tried to reinstall steam with steam installer still n o work. itered to install Update Realtek LAN to version 7.043.0321.2011: because i had no idea which one i had so i chose this one. thank you so much for the response got any suggestions.
