Blue Screen of Death(RAM?)

I have had many BSOD's after finishing my build. Using blue screen view, I saw that the blue screens were caused by:
SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
MEMORY MANAGEMENT
NTFS FILE SYSTEM

The blue screens usually occur randomly whenever I use an application. My build is:
Corsair Vengeance 8gb
ASRock Z77 Extreme
ASUS GTX 660
Corsair 750 TX
Intel i5 3570k

Windows is currently installed on my SSD, and I also have Norton Antivirus. I have ran memtest, and it has detected errors, but I am not sure if it is the RAM itself or drivers, or if other things are causing it as well. Can someone tell me what could be causing these blue screens?
Thanks!

If memtest detects any errors, it will be RAM errors. That's all it does. Run memtest with each stick individually to find the culprit. But you'll probably want to replace both sticks to keep them in pairs. It is important to have matched pairs in dual channel mode to avoid timing errors.
