Blue Screen Of Death Stop 0x000000F4 on startup

Running a dell XPS 17 (no overclock, just stock), I turn on my computer to find that I have a BSOD. 0x000000F4. I'm running windows 7 64bit on a 1st gen i7 with 3gb ram

Startup repair says that it cant repair automatically
I cant revert to factory settings for some reason.

If anyone could assist it would be much appreciated.

Seems perfect! Is there a way I can install it from another computer as I cannot access windows (BSOD after "windows starting"?.

the only way i know is to the system directly and why you could not use the recovery part on this dell .
