In my experience, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION can be generated a lot of ways, from a misbehaving driver to bad RAM.

So lets run a simple test: Download run memtest86+ and see if your RAM pops up with any errors. If not, then it's probably a driver related issue.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/k7Z2.html

File information:021819-11187-01.dmp (Feb 18 2019 - 09:29:52)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)
Probably caused by:ntkrnlmp.exe (Process: Spotify.exe)
Uptime:4 Day(s), 13 Hour(s), 13 Min(s), and 17 Sec(s)

The GPU tweaking driver "iomap64.sys" was found on your system. (AI Suite)

BIOS information was not included in the dump file. This can sometimes mean an outdated BIOS is being used.

I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information soon. Please wait for more answers. Good luck.

May 30 2012 FNETURPX.SYS FNet User Proxy driver (FNet Co., Ltd.) http://www.gotofnet.com/

I don't know what that is but its way too old to be a win 10 driver... the 2nd part of it offers a clue

Try running memtesst86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
