BLUE SCREEN of death TWICE IN A ROw, PLEASE HELP

I had blue screen error twice in a row yesterday and once today, after the computer restarts the nvidia graphics driver does not seems to be working so i updated it to the latest driver (from 340 to 347) but the problem still remains, I have

i3 2100
adata 4gb ddr3 ram
geforce gt 630

blue screen error show the following

Stop : 0x00000116 ( 0xC5206288 , 0xCEC2061C , 0X C000009A , 0X00000004 )

nvlddmkm.sys - address CEC2061C base at CE60B000 , datestamp 550302d7

do i need to upload minidump files.

The error is the VIDEO_TDR_ERROR https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff557263%28v=vs.85%29.aspx
The problem maybe from bad GPU or driver. You may try use the onboard iGPU or test the gt 630 in other PC. Also may try use DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to clean up the driver, then reinstall the nvidia driver again.

If you're still having the issue, try checking your cables...
I know it sounds obvious, but a slightly loose DVI cable was the cause for my constant BSODs. The end that connects to the GPU was not properly connected.
