Blue Screen Of Death upon windows loading

Hi.
My power accidently cut off when the Windows was booting.
Powers came back after 4 secs and I started my PC.
But windows doesnt load. It brings two options only
"Launch Startup Repair"
"Start windows normally"
Startup repair doesnt work and cant fix the PC.
And when I start the windows normally it crashes with the Blue Screen Of Death when its loading.
chkdsk or rebuildbcd or such cmds dont work aswell. AAAAND... I cant boot in safe mode nor safe mode with networking.
And my BIOS doesnt show up.
And I cant boot that EasyER program from CD because it doesnt boot.
All of this used to work before the power cut off.
Please gimme a solution.. and when I wanna reinstall the windows. I only have one drive " X: boot "

try clearing the cmos and booting from onboard video if your cpu has it. if not from another pc make windows media creation usb stick and boot and nuke your pc.
