Blue Screen of Death when playing league of legends?

Okay so every time I play league of legends my computer goes to the blue screen and say Driver irgl not less or equal. I just bought this computer about 2 months ago. I am not quite sure on this but I want to say ever since my update for windows 8.1, I believe this starting happening to me. My system will tell me that my memory is running low and asks me to close the League of Legends, but that is all i will have running that doesn't make any sense. Here is my PC information

when your memory runs low can you exit the game and restart it or do you have to reboot the machine to get it to work?
