Blue Screen Of Death When Starting Windows

So when i start windows i bluescreen.I have an asus Z97-K motherboard and when i try to f8 and then esc f8 into safe mode it brings me back to the bios.I have an sdd but i've tried to boot with out and f8 still doesnt boot into safemode.I tried my installation disk but it also bluescreens when i get to the installing.
Any Suggestions?
I've Also tried f8 shift no prevail

Enter your machine through the "Safe Mode" and then go ahead proceed through the repair installation. After doing this restart your machine. This will help you o fix the issue.

The problem is i cant get into to safemode so how do i work around this or fix this.
