Blue Screen of death when touching BIOS

As i made a slight configuration to my BIOS setup I've started getting more frequent errors than usual (I sometimes have a random restart, perhaps every 3 months, however unrelated to this) I'm using a Asus Z97-A motherboard with a i7-4770k processor, and my RAM are Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4GB 1600 MHz. This is a build from mid 2014 btw.

I've tried to solve this problem by googling and I can't seem to find something close enough to it.
The problem I'm getting right now are WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR after having the computer in use for about 10-15 minutes. Sometimes it'll restart, other times It'll just shut down, turn itself back on and be powered but not booting up. I've also gotten several other errors when I touch other stuff in the BIOS but I cant remember the names of them. Now the thing i did was simply to enter BIOS and switch the performance from Neutral to Optimized. I tried running an sfc scan which resulted in 0 errors. And at the moment I'm running a memtest86 which is not looking good.
Heres a look into whats going on.

I dont know how to interpret any of the things on the image, but by the count of those errors its nothing good. So the question from me to you is a simple, what am i looking at here, and what do?
If you need any other information please ask.

Edit: I should probably mention that when I mess with the other BIOS settings windows crashes every time and needs to repair most of the time afterwards. And also that going back to default settings fixes the error problems (but with the many errors on my RAM I need to know where to go from here).

So I should just ignore the errors on my RAM?

I had some 1333 MHz lying around, they didnt get any errors in memtest86, but the problems with crashing remained however. Anywho I've decided to put it to rest and just return to default settings.
Thanks for your time.
