Hi
I have windows 2000 and XP Pro sp2 installed on my computer.
Last week i restarted my computer using XP Pro SP2 but it won't able to
reach to the Desktop, it reaches to WELCOME screen and then one blue screen
(can't read it what is says) and then it reboot the machine again.
I tried to reboot xp in Safe and Resote my system but didn't help.
I can boot my machine in safe mode but not in normal mode.
But my windows 2000 works fine and normal, that's what i'm using right now.
Any suggestions friends.

A lot of blue screen errors are caused by device drivers. If you have
recently added a new device visit the manufacturer's website and obtain an
up to date driver and install it in safe mode. If this problem began right
after installing SP2 then you may need to check for new drivers for your
video card, sound card, and motherboard. Since you didn't say anything
about what kind of computer and set up you have, it is hard to tell.

Hi,

Since you've installed SP2, instead of accessing Safe mode, when you get to
the boot menu use the option to disable the autorestart on system failure
and try then. It may get you in, or it may produce a blue screen stop error
that will have some indication as to what it wrong.
