Blue screen of death

Blue screen of death issue, driver_irql_not_less_or_equal,

I've been getting this issue once or twice a day, I believe it could be something to do with my graphics card, as the drivers have been crashing every so often, even though i re installed them completely.

If you run in safe mode and then run Prime95 do you get any BSODs? If not, a driver is highly probable as the cause.

Also, I would run MEMTEST just to be sure that the ram is not the underlying problem.
